The Center for Global Education is welcoming commitments to Issue 20 of our semiannual, open access, peer-audited diary Policy and Practice: A Development Education Review. This uncommon issue will praise our tenth commemoration under the subject 'Reflections and Projections'; a returning to of our first issue in 2005.
